UK

Delivery

• All UK orders are shipped using a tracked Royal Mail service.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery address.
• We charge delivery at cost price + £0.50 to cover packing materials and our team’s time in fulfilling your order.

Local Collection

• Orders can be collected directly from our office at:
  Philo Trust, Witton House, Lower Road, Chorleywood, WD3 5LB, UK
• Collections are usually available within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
• We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

International

Due to the very high cost of freight we calculate shipping by weight, please see below:

Europe:

• Orders weighing 0–5kg = £15
• Orders weighing 5–30kg = £22
• Orders weighing 30kg+ = £50

Singapore:

• Orders weighing 0–5kg = £15
• Orders weighing 5–30kg = £22
• Orders weighing 30kg+ = £30

USA:

• Orders weighing 0–2kg = £17
• Orders weighing 2–5kg = £28
• Orders weighing 5–15kg = £60
• Orders weighing 15–30kg = £115
• Orders weighing 30kg+ = £200

Australia, New Zealand and Rest of the World:

• Orders weighing 0–2kg = £17
• Orders weighing 2–5kg = £65
• Orders weighing 5–15kg = £120
• Orders weighing 15–30kg = £200
• Orders weighing 30kg+ = £400

General

Most items are able to be dispatched within 1-2 days and show as “In Stock”. If an item is out of stock it will say so during the order process and usually you will be unable to order it. If you’d like to enquire about an out of stock item, please contact our office on (+44)1923 287777 or at resources@jjohn.com.

Any orders containing pre-order items will be despatched when all items are in stock. 

Inside each delivery you will find a delivery note or receipt (or in some cases, an invoice) which indicates the number of items that are included in your order.

When will my order be dispatched?

Selecting any postage method will not affect the date that items are dispatched from our warehouse but will speed up delivery once your parcel is in the hands of a carrier.
