The Preachers' Workshop
Preaching matters because eternity is shaped by words spoken in time.
Preaching is not merely giving information; it is opening Scripture so that life, truth, hope and conviction reach the human mind and heart.
The Preachers’ Workshop is a half-day experience designed to enrich and equip all who preach or communicate God’s Word – pastors, leaders, teachers, emerging preachers and those entrusted with a pulpit or platform.
Led by J.John, this workshop will strengthen the heart of the preacher, deepen the substance of the message, and refine the skill of communication. You will grow in clarity, confidence and biblical depth, so that every sermon becomes a meaningful encounter between God’s Word and God’s people.
Charles Spurgeon said, ‘To preach Christ is the noblest employment of any man [and woman] beneath the sun.’
Dr Martyn Lloyd-Jones reminded us, ‘The highest and greatest calling that anyone can ever receive is the call to preach the gospel.’
E.M. Bounds wrote, ‘Preaching is God’s great ordained method for advancing his kingdom.’
At the Preachers’ Workshop, you will:
- sharpen preparation and delivery
- develop clarity, structure, and connection
- communicate with integrity, insight and imagination
- preach with biblical depth and pastoral sensitivity
- ensure Christ remains central
Because great preaching does not draw attention to the preacher, it draws attention to Jesus.
Where preaching is clear, Christ is seen.
Where preaching is faithful, disciples grow.
Where preaching is Spirit-empowered, lives change and churches flourish.
This day is for all who preach, so that those who listen may hear God speak.
