Refund policy

Please contact our office on (+44)1923 287777 or resources@philotrust.com within 30 days to discuss a return or exchange, before you return items.

If you wish to return unwanted goods you will need to pay for any delivery/postage charges incurred and goods must be undamaged/unused.

If you find your order is damaged or faulty, we will of course replace or refund items.
